Astha Forum for Infrastructure development (AFID) was established to construct a healthy and safe rural society conducting the program of rural health, family planning, safe motherhood, proper nutrition, HIV AIDS, and prevention and rehabilitation of drug and alcohol dependent people.

The program also focuses on reducing drug abuse, raising awareness about gender and caste discrimination, protecting human rights, and empowering people through literacy and self-dependence.

Objectives

Our objectives are:

  • to conduct different health facilities and safe motherhood programs in rural areas,
  • to increase the awareness of the HIV AIDS to rural areas,
  • to increase awareness on proper nutrition for children and women to decrease malnutrition, and
  • to promote the rights of human, children, and women and increase awareness about gender and caste discrimination.
